Worldbuilding - Aquas: Green

Green is the color of life and growth, and on Aquas it comes from coral reefs. Hit the jump to read more!

Before we start, I realized I didn't talk about Red's large creature, but I think it's pretty obvious that it has to be dragons. I'd use sharks as a visual reference for them.

As always, we'll start with our Small-Medium races. I'd like to have the Rokea sharks be present in Green as the medium race. The Green Rokea tend to be more peaceful, but no less dangerous. They are pure predators, and it is foolish to get in their way.

Snakes have a history of being in Green, particularly the intelligent races, and they seem like a good fit for Aquas. They are extremely colorful, and extremely venomous. They act as custodians of the reefs, making sure they remain healthy and eliminating any threats. Visually, their coloration would match the various kinds of sea snakes, and they would be essentially humanoid with a snake body instead of legs.

The various other sea creatures would also find homes in Green. Considering the amount of venomous sea life out there, Green creatures on Aquas would have an abnormally high amount of deathtouch. For the biggest creatures, we can steal Krakens and Leviathans from Blue. Blue usually has them only because of their association with the sea, and because every color is part of the sea (and Blue actually has the smallest connection) they fit in better under Green.

When it comes to magic, Growth spells will manipulate the coral in various ways. Beast and Tranquility spells stay mostly the same, though Tranquility might have some aspects of venom in it now.
