Another little bit of info on Iroas! First, I'm considering renaming Tyranix as Ordren. It's another made up word that almost looks like a real world, but order doesn't have the same negative connotations as tyrant. In any case, hit the jump to hear about Aspida, the Soldier.
Aspida was born in a culture that celebrated honorable duels. Creating his own utilitarian fighting style, he quickly rose through the ranks until he was acknowledged to be their greatest warrior. Finally, he felt ready to travel the world. What he found, however, saddened him. There was no unity among the disparate cultures of man, and he wept at the wasted opportunity it presented. And so he gathered all those that would follow him and forged them into the mightiest army the world had ever seen. They defeated all before them, until they found themselves facing the beast master Thirio and his followers. At the height of the battle, a firestorm engulfed the spot where Aspida and Thirio were fighting. When it cleared, all that remained was a grand tower and, facing it, an apparently ancient tree. This spot has marked the divide between their territory to this day.
