Shadowmoor - Cinders and Noggles

The Flamekin have lost their fire. Like the other races, they don't remember that Shadowmoor was once the peaceful world of Lorwyn, but they know that they once had fire, and they take out their bitterness on their loss on the world around them.

Cinders

The Flamekin have changed the most, losing everything when they lost their flames and becoming the bitter Cinders. All that is left for them is Spite, and they lash out at every other creature on Shadowmoor. No other flame can exist if they can't have any. Much like the merrow, a good way to understand the change is to see the change of one of the legends, in this case the transformation of Ashling from Pilgrim to Extinguisher.

Unique to Shadowmoor, the Noggles believe that they were the first race to walk on the world. Therefore, they believe everything is theirs, and have no hesitation about taking anything. They are capricious and destructive, and are a constant nuisance to the other races.
