A Few Quick Notes on Tyranix

This isn't going to be a long entry, just a few notes. I'm working on something a bit meatier, and I hope to have it up on Monday. In the meantime, I could use some input. It has been pointed out to me that Tyranix isn't really a great name for the plane - it's halfway between a real word and a nonsense word. Therefore, I'm thinking of changing the name to a real word. So far, I think my options are: Impero (Latin: To Order), Jussio (Latin: Order), Ordinatio (Latin: Government, Order, Regulation) or Auftrag (German: Order). Input would be appreciated!

Besides that, it was also pointed out that I hadn't actually said anything about the humans that live on Tyranix (or whatever it ends up being called). Therefore, hit the jump for the inside info on humans in The Order!

Humans

Found at every level of government and in every industry, humans are omnipresent on Tyranix. Unlike most other races, humans are adaptable enough to use any type of mana, and can thrive in any environment. However, this versatility can lead to a lack of focus, and humans rarely ascend to the top levels of either The Order or the rebellion.

In The Order, humans often join the military. The Rhox have a hold on the clergy, and are prone to blocking other races from gaining any real power. However, advancement in the military is based more on merit. While the Rhox still control the highest levels of the army, there is more opportunity for advancement than there is in the clergy.

It is difficult to say how powerful humans are in the rebellion, because its leadership is so decentralized. However, the vast majority of rebels are humans, and they are involved in every major battle. Most Flagbearers end up being human, as the goblins aren't tough enough to fill the role, and the viashino are better used to strike at key enemy targets instead of drawing enemy fire.
