Schools of Magic: M12; Blue

Hey, we're still doing this! I know this isn't as popular, but we'll be getting back to stuff that I've created next week. In the meantime, hit the jump!

Mind: Fairly self-explanatory, this includes all magic that directly influences a being's mind, whether the caster's or their opponent's.
Æther: This is the magic that deals with the fundamental laws of magic itself. This includes all spells that directly interact with other spells.
Elemental: As the color that derives its power from the sea, Blue elemental spells deal with the water and the wind. It also contains the spells that summon the creatures that inhabit the sea.

Amphin Cutthroat: I really don't know if I like this card. On the one hand, I feel like salamanders should be Red because of their mythological association with fire. On the other hand, it is clearly a Deep One, and I'm all for Lovecraft references. In any case, this is Elemental magic.
Aven Fleetwing: Hexproof is a new keyword and it is essentially the same as shroud from a flavor perspective. With that in mind, this is clearly Æther magic.
Azure Mage: The second of the mage cycle, and a clear example of Mind magic.
Belltower Sphinx: Sphinxes are the iconic Mind creature, and this one even comes with a Mind effect.
Chasm Drake: It grants creatures flying, making it Elemental magic.
Coral Merfolk: As I've said in the past, vanilla merfolk are Elemental magic.
Divination: Standard Mind magic.
Djinn of Wishes: It messes around with spells which means it is Æther magic.
Flight: Outside of some rare cases, flying is an Elemental ability.
Frost Breath: Another clear case of Elemental magic.
Jace, Memory Adept: The master of Mind magic returns!
Jace's Archivist: Even his servant is a clear case of Mind magic.
Levitation: How about the power of flight? That's Elemental, Holmes.
Lord of the Unreal: This Mind spell might be my favorite Blue spell in M12.
Master Thief: I would consider this Æther magic, though I could be convinced that it is Mind magic instead.
Merfolk Looter: On the other hand, this is definitely Mind magic.
Merfolk Mesmerist: More merfolk Mind magic (yay alliteration!)
Mind Unbound: Mind is in the name and it draws cards! Of course it's Mind magic!
Phantasmal Bear: This ber is a good example of a basic spell in the Illusion subschool of Mind magic.
Phantasmal Dragon: This spell is a more powerful application of Illusion Mind magic, however...
Phantasmal Image: This is probably the most advanced Illusion spell of the bunch.
Ponder: Mind magic.
Skywinder Drake: Elemental.
Sphinx of Ulthuun: A big and nasty Mind spell.
Turn to Frog: I believe this is Æther magic.
Visions of Beyond: More Mind magic!
