The City of Hope

Hm, I suppose this city could be considered on theme for today; they do reject the tyranny of those that came before them. That's similar to the Revolutionary War, right?

Founded on a large expanse of unscarred land, Hope has become a sanctuary for those who feel the Purge was a good thing. As such, there is a higher than average number of Prismskins than there are elsewhere, and many emigrate to the city every year. The laws there are simple, yet effective; if you would harm another, then you will be harmed in retaliation. If you steal from someone, then you will be forced to pay an equivalent fine. If you injure someone, then you will be injured in a similar way and if you kill someone, then your life is forfeit.
