New Roma

The names of cities and countries will be a bit all over the place when compared to their real world names; the general rule of thumb is whichever name I think is coolest is the one I'll choose! Simple, eh?

Believing themselves to be the inheritors of the Roman empire, the Lightningkin that settled in the area outside where Rome was located before the Purge. They are a warlike group, driven to create a new Roman Empire. They already claim control over all of Italy, and are now gathering the resources to build the necessary fleet to carry their law to the rest of the world.

The Roma army is primarily Lightningkin, with some Dawnwings and Duskwings serving as scouts. Roma also makes extensive use of slaves, and all adults who have not served in the army are considered slaves; adulthood is measured differently among the various hybrids, and will be discussed in a future post.
