Just a quick little thing I wrote up a little while ago. Considering building a world for the Nazarians to join, and this is part of that... sorta.
Nazar the Wise was the greatest scholar of his day, and he made sure everyone knew it. Obsessed with knowing all there was to know, he created an entire society devoted to bringing him more and more knowledge. In the end, the quest for knowledge consumed him, and he vanished without a trace. A year and a day later, a book appeared in all the libraries that he founded. This book told the story of his life, and thus the Nazarians were born.
